Important First days!
Short list of critical things:
No flea and tick treatment
1 hour play, 2 hours rest with food, litter box and water.
Monitor litter box, should daily have multiple pee balls and a poo or two (use clay clumping litter)
No doubling up on vet procedure, like shots and rabies same visit, autoimmune response will be overwhelmed
1st 24 hours Call and do the Trupanion insurance, first month free and no waiting period.
I love my pop up playpen, stows away flat and is a quick way to contain kitten if you need to.
Bring the kitten home, place it in the litter box immediately, do not carry the kitten away s/he will not know how to return.
Vaccine
8 Week Vaccine given to your kitten. Needs 12 & 16 week follow up vaccine. Then at 20 weeks Rabies (All given one at a time)
Airline Approved
Can be flexible to go under seat in front in Cabin. Fold out sides for more room for food, water, and litter box on long flights/layovers.
